Hahax! Already got a long time didn't post my art work here...lolx!

The portrait above are the shading style that I use to draw portrait. It looks very realistic right? I love this kind of drawing style!

BUT...

Recently, I'm worry about my pencil drawing, because I felt I didn't improve at all. Wondering...can I improve if I continue using this kind of shading? Or maybe I'm too worry about it...lolx!

So last week I had let Mr. Leong to critic my portrait. And he gave me all the answers that I wanted to know since when I felt I can't improve. He told me that the style that I'm using to shade are actually not Sketching, cause Sketching is like more stroke, like the portrait below.

This portrait is actually different from the first one, it had more stroke.

And he also told me that ~I will NOT improve if I CONTINUE using my old drawing style~, (That's what I felt long time ago...wondering is it true? now I know...It is true!)

He call me to try shade using Sketch style, and this week portrait, I tried using that way to sketch, and it feels great!

UP!

Yesterday I went to watch UP with 16 of my classmate, plus Kathy and Cindy, total 18 person together...lolx! This time we go watch in Digital 3D, also my first time watch movie in Digital 3D. And you can see all the 18 ticket in the photo below.

erm...this movie really nice to watch, the story line is great and so touch. I really enjoy watching this movie, I love it! lolx!!! But 1 thing I realize that actually a movie watch in Digital 3D is almost the same as in not Digital 3D, just have a little bit different only...not much...^^ So next time I wont watch any movie in Digital 3D again...lolx!

The Feeling...

Last Saturday 22 August was the last day of my college’s workshop, I’m so surprise that day. Cause I get the Outstanding Student Award, not only me lar...and two of my classmate too, Rocky Leaw and Jolie Tan. But after I get this award, I really don’t know how. There is a feeling that I don’t know how to explain. Don’t know what to do next? Don’t know how? Don’t know why? And kept Confusing. And one thing maybe I make all my lecture disappointed, cause the artwork that I past up that day not really good. ==

So until today, the feeling still remain in my heart. And I know how to explain the feeling now, is actually "Pressure"...

So...hope I can do it...still need many improvement yet...Gambateh to all my classmate too! ^^

Practice Makes Perfect

"Practice Makes Perfect"! Yes, that's true. Because of I wish I can improve my skill on drawing, So from now on, I will set some RULES for myself to achieve my target.

RULE Number 1: Complete minimum 4 portrait of pencil drawing a week.

RULE Number 2: Must never give up.

RULE Number 3: Must follow the RULE Number 1 and Number 2 that I set for myself, of course including the RULE Number 3...lolx!

So, from now on, I think I won't have much time to online anymore...hahax!
